Shipping policy

Shipment

We currently ship goods to the following countries at the rates below:

  • Estonia: 3€
  • Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania): 5€
  • Nordics (Finland, Sweden): 10€
  • Europe Zone 1 (Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia): 15€
  • Europe Zone 2 (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia): 17€
  • Europe Zone 3 (Austria, France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain): 19€

Free delivery on orders over 75€ in Estonia and over 300€ elsewhere.

We use the following partners for shipping: Itella Smartpost (Posti in Finland) parcel machines, DPD parcel machines and pickup points, and courier.

Please note:

If you live outside of the above mentioned countries and wish to order from us, we can arrange shipment by courier. Please contact us by e-mail gwubi@email.com.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Please note: 

Our items are made to order to avoid overproducing and ensure there is minimal fabric waste. Please allow 2–4 weeks for us to make them for you, after which they will be shipped. Delivery times may be longer during campaigns.

When your products are ready to be shipped, all shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2–3 business days. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 21 calendar days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

Information on international orders

All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

For countries inside the European Union (EU), shipping destination VAT rates apply. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) are subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

Additional charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Gwubi OÜ recommends you to contact your local customs office to receive additional information.
